The goal of this call is to promote leadership and collaboration of the research staff of Eurolife institutions who intend to apply for H2020 calls. This funding will cover the initial costs of grant preparation to apply for Horizon 2020 funding. Applicants to this call must be Principal Investigators (PI) based at any of the 9 Eurolife institutions, holding a contract of employment which covers the duration of the grant. A PI may submit just one application to this call, with the exception of two-stage proposals, where the same PI may submit an application in support for the stage 1 and another application in support for the stage 2.

Short-term Eurolife Research Exchanges. 1st round – 2016
The goal of this call is to facilitate further research collaboration between Eurolife member organisations. The grants will support travel and living expenses for junior scientist to travel to another Eurolife laboratory and perform research for a period equal to or longer than 2 weeks. Proposals can be made for the funding period 3 October 2016 – 31 October 2017. The amount of the grant is 1,500€ (the number of grants is limited to 8). Researchers employed in any of the 8 institutions of Eurolife (at least when applying and during the exchange period) can apply. These researchers must hold a PhD degree (completed within the last 8 years).
