Eurolife Network announces the selection results for the Eurolife Winter School 2018 in Obergurgl
46 students from across Europe have been selected to participate in the event: 27 awarded the Eurolife grant and 19 not-funded . It is gratifying that majority of the Eurolife partner institutions are represented. Selections were based on academic evaluation with the consideration of the Candidate’s academic merit, the quality of academic research, motivation and benefits of the participation for the student and his/her home institution. All Candidates have now been notified on the results of the selection process.
*Students & researchers selected for participation in the Winter School, who are not awarded the Eurolife grant for their participation will be required to pay the participation fee of 760 EUR to secure their place at the event.
**All participants are expected to fund and organise their own travel to- and from- the venue.
About the event
The Eurolife Winter School 2018 is entitled Structure and Function of Genomes in Homeostasis and Disease and is organised by the University Medical Center Göttingen, Medical University of Innsbruck and University of Strasbourg . The course will be held in Obergurgl, Austria from the 16th to 21st of December 2018. The Eurolife Winter School is supported by the Franco-German University (DFH/UFA).
